mBank Hipoteczny informs that on 11th of July 2019 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg approved the Base Prospectus of mBank Hipoteczny regarding the programme for the issuance of the Covered Bonds to the foreign market.

The programme enables us to issue mortgage covered bonds in various currencies. The total value of outstanding covered bonds may not exceed EUR 3 billion. The main coordinator of the issue program is Commerzbank, in cooperation with White & Case M. Studniarek i Wspólnicy – Kancelaria Prawna, sp.k., and Clifford Chance, Janicka, Krużewski, Namiotkiewicz I Wspólnicy sp. k.

The Base Prospectus of mBank Hipoteczny has been published on our website and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange website at www.bourse.lu
