Update of the information of 31 May 2022.

On 17 May 2023, mBank Hipoteczny transferred some of the mortgage loans serviced thereby to mBank. The majority of those loans were extended as financing for commercial real properties. The transfer was made by way of the demerger of mBank Hipoteczny, which demerger was effectuated by carving out some of its business operations and transferring them to mBank.

On the date of the registration of the demerger in the National Court Register, on 17 May 2023, mBank acquired all of the rights and obligations of mBank Hipoteczny that result from the acquired business operations, including those under concluded loan agreements. This means that, as of that date, the servicing of the transferred loans is carried out by mBank.

Information concerning such loans may be obtained by calling the bank’s hotline, or from any branch of the bank - www.mbank.pl/kontakt. mBank Hipoteczny directly contacted the clients about the transfer and advised them of the changes in May 2022, and again in April 2023.
